1. About Vibz and these terms

Vibz is an app and website (vibz.link) operated by PushP Solutions (“Vibz”, “we”, “us”). It helps people in Guatemala find events and businesses and connect with others who are going. By creating an account or using Vibz you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy at vibz.link/privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use Vibz. These terms were last updated on October 6, 2026.

What Vibz is. Vibz is a platform that lists information about events and businesses and lets people RSVP and message each other. Unless a listing says that Vibz organizes an event, Vibz is not the organizer, seller, venue or employer behind any event or business shown.

What Vibz is not. Vibz does not sell tickets or handle payments for events. Ticket links lead to third-party sites.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older to use Vibz.
  • Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account, and you should tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
  • One person, one account.
  • If you create a business or organizer account, you must have the authority to act for that business or organization.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Listings on Vibz

There are two kinds of listings.

Created by organizers and businesses. These are posted through Vibz by the organizer or business, or by someone it authorized. The person who posts is responsible for the listing.

Created by Vibz. To help people discover what is happening, Vibz also creates basic business pages and event listings from publicly available information. These contain basic facts such as names, dates, times, places, prices and links. A listing created by Vibz does not mean the business or organizer uses Vibz, has approved the listing, or is a partner, sponsor or endorsed by Vibz.

Accuracy. Listings can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and events can change or be cancelled. Check with the organizer before you go.

Claim, correct or remove. If you run or represent a business or organization, or you own rights in material shown on Vibz, you can ask us to claim, correct or remove a listing. Email vibz@pushpsolutions.com or see vibz.link/contact, and include the link to the listing, who you are and how you are connected to it. We may ask you to confirm your identity or authority.

  • We acknowledge every request within 5 business days.
  • We make verified corrections within 2 business days.
  • We remove verified removal requests promptly, and we will not add the same listing again.

When a claim is verified, you can manage the listing yourself.

Copyright and trademark. If you believe material on Vibz infringes your rights, send us the link, identify the work and your rights in it, and give your contact details. We will review it and remove material where appropriate.

4. Content and conduct

Your content. You keep ownership of what you post on Vibz, such as events, profile details, photos and messages. You are responsible for it, and you promise you have the right to post it. You give Vibz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, copy and format your content so we can run and promote Vibz. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already shared and backups that clear on their normal cycle.

Do not use Vibz to:

  • harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hateful content
  • post sexual content, or anything that involves minors
  • spam, scam or mislead people
  • create fake events, listings, reviews or accounts, or pretend to be another person or business
  • promote illegal activity or illegal events
  • share other people’s private information
  • scrape or copy Vibz at scale, or use automated tools to access it without our permission
  • interfere with the security or operation of Vibz

Reporting and moderation. Report content or accounts to vibz@pushpsolutions.com, or use the report option where the app offers it. We do not have to monitor everything posted on Vibz, but we may review reported content and messages. We may remove content, limit features, and suspend or ban accounts, with or without notice, when needed to keep people safe or to follow the law.

Blocking. You can block other users where the app offers it.

5. Organizers, events, tickets, paid plans and safety

Organizers and businesses. If you post an event or run a business page, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, and for the permits, licenses, insurance, safety, accessibility, pricing, refunds and cancellations that go with your event, and for following local law. Update or cancel your event promptly if anything changes, and only list events you have the right to run or promote.

Between attendees and organizers. Vibz is not a party to any arrangement between attendees and organizers, venues or businesses.

Tickets and event payments. Vibz does not sell tickets or handle payments for events. Ticket links go to third-party sites run by the organizer or its provider, and their prices and terms apply. Contact them for refunds or problems with a purchase.

Paid plans. Vibz may offer optional paid plans, such as Vibz Plus and Vibz Business. Plans are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which handle the payment, billing, renewals and refunds under their own terms. A plan renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your Vibz account does not cancel a plan, so cancel it with the store first to avoid further charges. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy, and we may change them.

Safety. Events take place in the real world. You attend at your own risk and should use your own judgment, especially for physical activities such as races, hikes and sports, for events with alcohol, and when meeting people in person. Vibz does not check organizers, venues or attendees. Confirm the details, follow the event’s rules, and tell someone where you are going. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

6. Intellectual property, third parties and links

Vibz’s rights. The Vibz name, logo, app, website, software, design and our compilation of listings belong to PushP Solutions or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, revocable license to use Vibz as these terms allow. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or scrape it except where the law says you can.

Other people’s names and marks. Names, logos and trademarks of businesses, organizers and events belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the business or event, not to suggest that it endorses or is connected to Vibz.

Third-party services and links. Vibz links to or embeds third-party services such as maps, ticketing sites, social networks and app stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Disclaimers and limits on liability

Vibz is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that Vibz will always work, or that listings are accurate, complete or current. We do not promise that any event will take place, or that any event, venue, organizer or user is safe or lawful.

Limits on liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Vibz, PushP Solutions and their team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. We are also not liable for events, or for the acts or omissions of organizers, venues, attendees or other users, or for content that users post. Our total liability for any claim relating to Vibz is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Vibz in the 12 months before the claim.

What this does not change. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away consumer rights you have under your local law.

Indemnity. To the extent the law allows, you will cover Vibz for claims and costs arising from your content, your events or listings, or your breach of these terms or of someone else’s rights.

8. Ending your account, changes and contact

Ending your account. You can stop using Vibz and delete your account at any time: in the app under Menu, Account, Delete Account, on vibz.link under Account, or by emailing us. See vibz.link/delete-account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if it is needed to keep people safe. The parts of these terms that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability, will continue.

Changes. We may update these terms. We will post the new version at vibz.link/terms with a new “last updated” date, and for material changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Vibz after that, you accept the update.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

Languages. These terms are available in English and Spanish and both versions are meant to say the same thing. If you notice a difference, please let us know.
