Delete your Vibz account

Before you start

Vibz is operated by PushP Solutions. You can delete your Vibz account yourself at any time, in the app or on the website. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

Paid plan? Deleting your account does not cancel a plan you bought from Apple or Google. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to avoid further charges.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Vibz app and sign in.
  2. Open Menu, then choose Account.
  3. Choose Delete Account and confirm with Yes.

Your account is deleted as soon as you confirm. If something goes wrong, the app tells you and you can try again or ask us by email.

Delete your account on vibz.link

  1. Sign in at vibz.link/login.
  2. Open the account menu at the top of the page and choose Account.
  3. Choose Delete Account and confirm with Yes.

If you are already signed in, go straight to vibz.link/account.

Cannot sign in? Ask us

Email vibz@pushpsolutions.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it, or see vibz.link/contact. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, including your name, bio, interests and photos.
  • Your RSVPs, follows, connections and blocks, and your notifications.
  • The events you created.
  • Your conversations, for everyone in them, including the messages the other people would see.
  • Your purchase records on Vibz, and the push notification token for your device.
  • For a business or organizer account: the business page, its events and its analytics.
  • Your sign-in, so you can no longer log in with that account.

What may remain

  • Copies in logs and backups, until they are deleted or overwritten on their normal cycle.
  • Analytics and crash data already collected by Google (Firebase and Google Analytics).
  • Records that Apple and Google keep about your purchases, and any subscription you have not cancelled with them.
  • Copies other people made of what you shared, for example screenshots.
  • Records we must keep to enforce our terms or comply with the law.
