An in-person outdoor class to learn how to make traditional pompoms with Chato, master pompom maker, on Saturday, November 28th, from 9:30am to 11:30am, in the Kakaw studio garden (1a Avenida Sur #4B, Antigua Guatemala).
- **Language:** Chato teaches in Spanish; Kakaw staff can help with English translation. - **Includes:** all materials (naturally-dyed cotton yarns), a light snack, and a PDF guide with videos and images, emailed after class. - **Origin:** these pompoms are traditionally used on the headdresses of women in Chajul, in the Guatemalan highlands.
